Frontdesk is so poor that there is nothing to like. The bad service at the front dest took al the like away. the bed were conftable good,we love the casino. The hotel is excellent! The pool, casino, the apartment. I also like the security in the hotel and the facilities like the gym and the pool. all reviews » I like the staf, they were very friendly. The staff was excellent, accommodations was excellent, location was excellent, when I had a problem they more than compensated me for my inconvenience. We got what we saw advertised, pleasantly surprised. Quiet room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, safe parking. Excellent allround, clean and comfortable. Attentive bell-boys, good parking system, WiFi works well. Large comfortable rooms, never have to wait for the lifts, nice pool andpool bar.
